Where I live - Walton on the Naze

I live in a small coastal town called Walton on the Naze, which is situated in Essex, United Kingdom. In the summer it's nice and warm and bursting with people (usually) which is a good thing, but means that you can't get in the chippie when you want to! However, rather than this image all year around, the winter brings the fact that its dead, cold and boring..so we go to Colchester. Well, for a normal weird teenager such as myself, Walton on the Naze isn't the most interesting of places.

It is however a great tourist destination, and we see a lot of people every year visiting from far and wide to take a look at the historic Naze and the other attractions around Walton - such as the backwaters, the Marina, the beach (of course), the Naze and Naze tower, the old town centre and the world famous Pier!

Basically I don't really see much point of putting repeated information on this site again (i.e. tourist info etc) which you can find on websites such as the official Walton on the Naze website. The purpose of this section will be to highlight some events that I attend around the local area as well as host photos of the area that you might or might not be interested in.
